Page Setup
A collection of plot device and other settings that determine the appearance and format of the final output.
Controls the page layout, plotting device, paper size, plot area, plot scale and plotstyle table.
Right-click on the current layout tab - Page Setup Manager
Specify printer/plotter, paper size, plot area, plot scale and plot style table.

Plot Preview
Plot preview is what actually you plot.
Output tab > Plot panel > Preview
You can zoom and pan to check the plot result in the preview
