Array

Create copies of selected objects to be arranged in a pattern called an array

Rectangular Array

Distributes object copies into any combination of rows and columns and level.

Home tab > Modify panel > Rectangular Array

Cross-select the objects to array
Press [Enter]

By default, AutoCAD array 3 rows and 4 columns.

Make sure Associative is turn ON (Blue)
Change the number of columns as need
Specify the spacing between columns

Objects array as specified

Home tab > Modify panel > Rectangular Array

Cross-select objects on right side in the room
Press [Enter]

By default, AutoCAD array objects in top-right direction.

Enter negative (-) spacing to array in the opposite direction

Objects array in the opposite direction as specified

Press [Enter] to end it

Polar Array

Evenly distributes object copies in a circular pattern around a center point.

Home tab > Modify panel > Polar Array

Cross-select objects to array
Press [Enter]

Pick a center point

By default, AutoCAD array 6 objects about the center point.

Make Associative is ON
Change the number of items to array

Objects array as specified

Replace Objects in the Array

Select the array

Array tab > Options panel > Replace Item

Cross-select the replace objects
Press [Enter]

A dashed line indicate the center point of the source object
Press [Enter] to confirm the center point

Select objects in the array to replace

Press [Enter] twice to end the command

Path Array

Evenly distributes object copies along a path or a position of a path

Home tab > Modify panel > Path Array

Select objects to array
Press [Enter]

Select the path curve

Objects array in radom distance by measure

Specify the spacing between array objects

Objects array as specified

Divide

Home tab > Modify panel > Path Array

Select object
Press [Enter]

Select path curve

By default, object copies array by measure

Array Creation tab > Properties panel > Divide

Change the number of items to array

Objects divide evenly along the path

Tangent Direction

Home tab > Modify panel > Path Array

Select object
Press [Enter]

Select path curve

By default, object copies array evenly by measure.

Array Creation tab > Properties panel > Tangent Direction
